These terms apply when you book a court, bundle, or private event at Pickle Pals, whether online or in person. By completing a booking, you agree to them.
Pickle Pals operates one covered pickleball court in Liloan, Cebu, open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. We offer regular court sessions, court + equipment rental bundles (paddles or ball machine), and private full-court event bookings.
Bookings are made through our website's real-time availability widget. A slot is only confirmed once your ₱200 deposit is paid and its proof uploaded — an unpaid booking is not a guaranteed reservation.
A flat ₱200 deposit holds any slot — regular session, bundle, or private event — paid via InstaPay. This deposit is applied toward your total session cost when you arrive. We do not currently accept any other payment method.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your booked time. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before your booking.
Please arrive on time — bookings run back-to-back, and late arrival may shorten your session without a refund. Standard pickleball etiquette applies (see our Tips & News section for the basics). We reserve the right to end a session early, without refund, in cases of unsafe or disruptive conduct toward staff, other players, or the facility.
Pickleball is a physical sport carrying an inherent risk of injury. By booking a session, you acknowledge this risk and agree that Pickle Pals is not liable for injuries sustained during play, except where caused by our own negligence in maintaining the facility.
Our Court Event package (₱4,500 Monday–Friday, ₱5,000 Saturday–Sunday) includes exclusive use of the court, no corkage on food and drinks you bring yourself, party decor, tables and chairs for up to 20 guests, and speakers/karaoke until 10PM. The same deposit and cancellation terms above apply.
Paddles and the ball machine rented as part of a bundle remain Pickle Pals' property and must be returned at the end of your session in the condition they were provided.
We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to book after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Cebu.
