Question 1

How much does it cost to rent the whole pickleball court for an event?

Accepted Answer

₱4,500 Monday to Friday and ₱5,000 Saturday–Sunday, for exclusive use of the whole court. Send an enquiry and we’ll confirm availability for your date.

Question 2

What’s included in a private event booking?

Accepted Answer

Exclusive court use, no corkage on food and drinks, party decor allowed, tables and chairs for up to 20 guests, and speakers/karaoke until 10:00 PM.

Question 3

How many people can attend a private event?

Accepted Answer

Seating is set for up to 20 guests. More can come if they’re playing and rotating rather than all seated at once — put your headcount in the enquiry so we can advise.

Question 4

Can we bring our own food, drinks and cake?

Accepted Answer

Yes — there’s no corkage. Bring catering, coolers, a cake, whatever the occasion needs.

Question 5

Can we decorate the court?

Accepted Answer

Yes, party decor is allowed. Keep fixings non-permanent (no nails or hard adhesives) and clear your decor at the end of the slot.

Question 6

How late can we play music or karaoke?

Accepted Answer

Speakers and karaoke are allowed until 10:00 PM, out of respect for the neighbourhood.

Question 7

How far ahead should I book a private event?

Accepted Answer

As early as possible — there’s a single court, so weekend and holiday dates go first. The enquiry form always reflects what’s still open.

Question 8

How do I reserve an event date?

Accepted Answer

Send a quote enquiry from this page with your date and details. We reply with availability and a quote, then a ₱200 InstaPay deposit holds the date.

Question 9

Is the event deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

Like all bookings, the ₱200 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before the date; earlier cancellations can be moved to another date.

Question 10

Can we run a mini tournament or office league night?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the full-court event works well for barkada tournaments and office game nights. Tell us your format in the enquiry so we can advise on timing and rotations.
