How do I book a pickleball court at Pickle Pals?

Pick a service, choose your date and start time from the live slot grid, tap your last hour (any length, up to 24 hours), enter your details, then pay the ₱200 InstaPay deposit and upload your proof. You get a reference number the moment the booking is received.

Does the site show real-time court availability?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The slot grid checks live against actual bookings, so a slot shown as open is genuinely open. Hours that are already taken show as “Booked” and can’t be selected.

How far in advance can I book a slot?

As far ahead as you like. Evening and weekend slots fill first, so booking earlier is safer for popular times.

What’s the minimum notice to book online?

At least 30 minutes before the start time. Anything sooner won’t go through online — message us on Instagram or Facebook instead.

How long can a single booking be?

As long as you like, from 1 hour up to 24 hours in a row, billed by the hour. You pick your own start and end time on the grid — the only limit is the next booking already on the calendar.

Why is a time slot greyed out?

It’s either already booked or too close to now (bookings need 30 minutes’ notice). After you tap a start time, only the hours you can actually reach stay tappable — anything past the next booking is greyed out.

What proof of payment do I need to upload?

A screenshot or photo of your InstaPay transfer confirmation showing the ₱200 amount. Your booking is marked confirmed once staff verify it.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes — contact us as early as you can. The ₱200 deposit is non-refundable within 24 hours of the booked time, but earlier than that it can be moved to a new date.

What happens if I arrive late?

Accepted Answer

Bookings run back to back, so a late start may shorten your session without a refund. Aim to arrive a few minutes early.

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no customer logins — you book with just your name, email, phone and birthday, and everything comes to you by email.

Can I book on behalf of someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Put the player’s contact details on the form so they receive the confirmation and any updates about the slot.

Do you rent paddles, or do I bring my own?

Book the Court + 4 Paddles bundle (₱600/hour) and paddles are included for your group. On a Regular Session or the Machine bundle, bring your own paddle. Balls are always provided.
